The singer, 22, who confirmed she was attracted to women in an interview in November, was filmed dancing in a crowd before making her way over to Blackwell, 23, grabbing her face and kissing her.
Blackwell was seen affectionately leaning into the kiss before Eilish returned to the dancefloor.
The pair - who have not confirmed they are dating - have packed on the PDA before in social media videos.
Quenlin boasts two million Instagram followers and one million YouTube subscribers. She was previously romantically linked to actress Odessa A’zion, 23.
Last month Eilish was seen licking Blackwell's neck in an Instagram story - with Blackwell also seen seductively dancing on the singer.

Last year Eilish said: 'I've never really felt like I could relate to girls very well. I love them so much. I love them as people. I'm attracted to them as people. I'm attracted to them for real.
The What Was I Made For singer elaborated on her earlier statement and expressed: 'I have deep connections with women in my life, the friends in my life, the family in my life. I'm physically attracted to them.
However, she added: I'm also so intimidated by them and their beauty and their presence.'
Eilish has been romantically connected to several individuals over the years, including rapper Brandon Adams, who performs under the name 7:AMP.
The pair's relationship was covered in the documentary Billie Eilish: The World's a Little Blurry, which was released on Apple TV+ in February of 2021.
The performer also spoke about the end of her romance with the rapper during the documentary, in which she revealed that she 'just wasn't happy' during their time together.
She stated via People: 'I didn't want the same things he wanted and I don't think that's fair for him. I don't think you should be in a relationship super excited about things that the other person couldn't care less about.'
Eilish went on to begin a relationship with Jesse Rutherford, best known for his work as the singer of The Neighbourhood.
